Nestled within the embrace of SeaSilia luxury Villa, experience the unrivaled seclusion and tranquility that you have longed for. Located on an elevated position, just a short drive away from Chania city, SeaSilia luxury Villacommands breathtaking panoramas that unfold before you, capturing the majestic allure of the sea, the pristine White Mountains, and the enchanting Souda Bay. This opulent 200 m2 residence unfolds across 3 levels, providing a harmonious blend of space and sophistication. Within its refined confines, SeaSilia graciously accommodates up to 10 guests, offering resplendent comfort in its 5 meticulously designed bedrooms.

THE INDOORS

Ground floor:
The ground floor of SeaSilia luxury Villa exudes an air of refined luxury and is an open plan space, perfect for gatherings. The living room, adorned with a spacious corner sofa and a cutting-edge 65’’ smart TV, is complemented by an energy fireplace — an inviting cosy corner for the cool evenings of both early and late seasons, all while offering a captivating sea view. The indoor dining area, featuring a table for eight, seamlessly connects to the outdoors, providing a delightful panorama of the meticulously landscaped garden. A culinary haven awaits in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting built-in appliances and an island counter adorned with built-in hobs and stools. One of the five bedrooms, offering a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and an open closet, opens up to the serene rear part of the garden, offering a private sanctuary. Completing the ground floor is a meticulously designed bathroom with a shower cabin.

First floor:
This refined first-floor ensemble at SeaSilia Luxury Villa seamlessly blends functionality with panoramic views, ensuring an enchanting and comfortable stay for discerning guests. Here guests can find three more bedrooms.
– The master bedroom features a 1.60 X 2.00 bed, complemented by a ceiling fan, A/C, and walk-in closet, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The private balcony beckons, offering sweeping vistas of the sea and the meticulously landscaped garden.
– Another bedroom on this level provides versatility, with two single beds (0.90 X 2.00) easily joined to form a queen-size bed (1.80 X 2.00), adorned with a top mattress. An open closet and A/C add to the room’s functionality.
– The third bedroom, featuring a single bed (1.10 X 2.00), is equipped with a wardrobe and A/C.

The latter two bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the rear part of the garden and the inviting pool terrace, offering a glimpse of the sea.
– A shared bathroom featuring double sinks and a tasteful shower cabin is also available.
– An adjacent laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience is also located on the first floor.

Autonomous Studio
From the outdoor area, guests can access the autonomous studio situated on the lower floor. Tailored for the comfort of a family of three, this secluded space showcases a king-size bed measuring 1.60 X 2.00 and an additional single bed of 0.90 X 2.00. The studio features a closet, a 43’’ TV, a plush sofa, A/C and a dedicated office space, as wel as a fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

THE OUTDOORS

The exterior of SeaSilia luxury Villa covers 1.300 m2 and in the evening, you can sit on the terrace and watch the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. The amenities of the terrace include:
– A private, 40 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
– The pool also features a special compartment for children, 0,5 m deep.
– The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, side tables, a poolside shower and 2 umbrellas.
– BBQ facilities with a gas grill, small fridge and outdoor sink, as well as an outdoor dining area for 10 under a shaded pergola, are ideal for al fresco dining.
– Οutdoor sitting area next to the pool, so you can relax all day long.
– Spacious garden with lawn covered areas, perfect for kids to play.
– A ping pong table as well as some outdoor toys are also available.
– Parking space for 3 cars inside the villa premises and garage for 1 car with access to the interior of the villa.
– The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

THE AREA

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounoupidiana where you can find bakeries,supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 3 km away.

The location of the villa is ideal for one more reason: its 10 minutes proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around Crete a very easy thing to do. Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments,
monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests. In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 8 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.

The Akrotiri area of Chania is a great destination for a vacation. With its white sand beaches, crystal clear water, and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea,this area of Chania is a great spot for relaxation and exploration.

When it comes to activities, Akrotiri offers plenty of things to do. You can take a leisurely swim in the crystal clear waters, or take a boat ride to explore the nearby islands. You can also visit the local churches and monasteries, or take a tour of the Venetian harbor. Finally, take in the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from the top of the Venetian lighthouse. No matter what you do, you’re sure to have a great time in Akrotiri.

NEARBY BEACHES

The closest beach to the villa is Kalathas beach 7 km away. It is a quite long beach and most of the time you will not feel crowded. However, if you’re looking for a secluded spot, you will probably find it in one of the sides of the beach. More beaches near the villa we suggest you to visit are :

– Marathi has two wonderful beaches, divided by the pier of the harbour and they are probably two of the best beaches in Akrotiri peninsula! Both are sandy and well organized with sun beds and umbrellas. The most important advantage in Marathi is that you’ll almost never see the sea with waves, even when it blows in western Crete. Also it is ideal for families with children and there you can find taverns and cafes by the sea. Marathi Beach is a popular spot for snorkeling and swimming with its crystal clear waters and lush cliffs.

– Loutraki beach is a waveless beach with fine sand, between the rocky shore of the bay. Also there you will find restaurants and beach bars.

– In Stavros village you will find two beaches. The main beach where “Zorbas” was filmed, is located in the east side of the village, at the foot of the mountain and has marvellous white sand and shallow turquoise waters. The second beach of Stavros is located in the north side of the village and has sand and rocks in places and is less organised than the first, but cleaner.

– Seitan Limania Beach is a picturesque cove with a long pebble beach and a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. There you will find a beach that differs from other beaches. Nature created three inlets between the steep cliffs of the peninsula. In one of them is located the well-hidden beach which is not organised. Be aware that in order to reach Seitan Limania beach, you have to park your car and then climb down a path, not that easy for children or elderly people.

– Agia Marina is composed by a number of sandy organized beaches which has easy access. A part of Agia Marina is full of small bays while the east side of the place is a long sandy beach which reaches up to neighbouring Stalos settlement. Agia Marina is also a developed touristic site with shops, bars, tavernas, beach bars and night clubs.

– Platanias beach is full of beach bars, cafes, touristic shops, hotels and tavernas,it is a destination by itself, busting with life during the entire summer season. The beach is well organized with sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and clubs.

Although those magical beaches are one hour drive away from the villa, we definitely suggest you to visit them as we assure you that you will leave with unforgettable memories.
